Small World Toys is recalling about 8,800 Take-Apart Townhouse Toys. The tiny magnets that connect the wooden pieces to the townhouse can fall out and be fatal if more than one is swallowed.
The Townhouse Toys are made of wood, with a red roof, green chimney, and four blue-and-yellow-striped pillars. They measure 8.5 inches by 4.5 inches and have nine pieces that can be disassembled and reassembled, including four removable side panels of different shapes. "IQ Preschool®" is printed on the side of the house below the blue-and-green rectangular panel; model number "2408808" can be found on the packaging. The Take-Apart Townhouse Toys were sold at toy stores, in catalogs, and other retailers nationwide for about $21 from December 2004 through February 2007.
