1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1/4 lb sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup grated mozzarella
1 Tbs olive oil
Salt and pepper 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lightly flour your hands and work surface. Divide dough into quarters. Roll out each quarter into a 6-inch circle. Spread 2 tablespoons sauce over half the circle, leaving edges dry. Top with 2 tablespoons broccoli, 6 to 8 slices pepperoni, and 2 tablespoons cheese. Fold plain half of dough over other half and pinch edges together. Place on nonstick baking sheet. Brush oil on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
2. Bake about 20 minutes, reducing temperature to 350 degrees if calzone browns too quickly. The dough should be golden brown. Remove and let cool a few minutes before cutting in half and serving.
