4-rib standing rib roast or prime rib (about 10 lbs.)

4 lbs Yukon gold potatoes

4 medium onions, chopped

1-lb bag of frozen baby onions

½ lb parsnips

2 lb butternut squash

1 lb celery root

½ lb baby carrots

1 cup chopped walnuts

¾ cup dried figs

½ cup pomegranate juice

1 tsp orange zest

1 tsp vanilla

¾ cup Dijon mustard

2 tb balsamic vinegar

½ cup olive oil

2 ½ sticks of butter

1 ¾ cup milk

2 8-oz. blocks of cream cheese

2 14.5-oz. Packages of gingerbread cake mix (or spice cake mix)

½ cup bread crumbs

1 cup fresh parsley, chopped

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsb dried thyme

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp nutmeg

¼ tsp powdered ginger

2 cups powdered sugar
