1 thick flour tortilla
2 Tbs bottled pizza sauce
8 slices turkey pepperoni (or 4 slices turkey salami)
4 Tbs pre-shredded part-skim mozzarella or a mixture of
mozzarella and reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1 Tbs chopped green onion or green pepper, optional
Spread pizza sauce on tortilla; stir together ingredients and sprinkle on tortilla; roll up tortilla.
2. Cut pepperoni or salami slices into small pieces. In a small bowl, stir together the chopped pepperoni or salami, the shredded cheese, and, if desired, the green onion or pepper.
3. Sprinkle mixture evenly over the sauce-topped tortilla, and roll it up. Wrap well in foil. per serving (1 wrap): 359 calories, 15 g fat (5 g saturated), 1144 mg sodium, 57 mg cholesterol. High in calcium, and in thiamin, riboflavin, and niacin.
