Favorite TV family of all time (real or fictional):
The Bravermans on Parenthood. I love how much they genuinely care about each other, and no matter what happens family always comes first.

What’s always in your refrigerator?
Almond milk and fruit

Last meal you made for your family:
Chicken, rice and steamed veggies

Craziest thing you’ve done because you were sleep-deprived:
Woke up at 3 in the morning from sleeping in the chair in my son’s room

Behavioral/physical trait you hope your son doesn’t inherit from you:
I hope he has the ability to relax more than I do.

Your favorite toy as a kid and why:
My Cabbage Patch dolls because I always wanted to be a mother even when I was a little girl. I would rock each one to sleep and put them down before I went to sleep each night.

How to Not Pull Your Hair Out

Last lost toy/object you helped your child find:
His Woody doll from the movie Toy Story

Kid’s TV show you can’t stand and why:
Spongebob Square Pants because my son tries to re-enact his silly behavior and his laugh. Spongebob’s laugh drives me up a wall.

Guilty pleasure:
After my son goes to sleep, I like to shut myself in the bathroom, take a bath and watch Golden Girls.

Favorite place on earth:

Best piece of parenting advice you ever got:
To listen to your child and always be supportive of who they are and who they want to be, their likes and dislikes, instead of trying to force who you want them to be onto them

First word that pops into your head when you hear the word “mom”:
Unconditional love

Who’s your celebrity crush?
Julia Roberts

I can’t live without the ______________ app.

What’s the title of the last book you read to your child?
Interrupting Chicken

Your last Facebook status update or Tweet:
A picture of myself and my son on Dezi’s birthday

Last parenting decision you regretted:
Not following through on consequences for his actions, because he later did it again. Had I followed through the first time, that probably wouldn’t have happened.

Song that best describes your parenting experiences to date:
“Don’t Worry, Be Happy”

Last thing your child did to make you laugh:
Mooned me!
