Email your congressional members and let them know Head Start, Early Head Start, and the Child Care and Development Fund present an efficient and effective way to grow human capital and create greater productivity and prosperity. These programs must be at minimum, sustained in the 2012 appropriation bills. These essential investments will allow nearly 300,000 at-risk children to continue receiving services today and will reduce costs in education, health and social services in the future.
