Woman Claims Pregnancy Pains to Avoid Arrest

Today in Moms Behaving Badly news, a woman accused of shoplifting tries to escape from police officers—by faking pregnancy pains.

According to the San Francisco Examiner, the woman was detained for allegedly shoplifting late last week. She complained of pregnancy-related pain and asked to go to the hospital, where she tried to slip out an exit, according to police. She claimed to be in search of a restroom when officers found her by an exit door.
