Join Us for Our Read.Connect.Grow Early Literacy Event in NYC (and Enter to Win $1000 for Your School!)


Did you catch our Read.Connect.Grow events in St. Paul, MN or Washington, DC? If not -- and if you're in the NYC area this Thursday, October 21 -- drop by the New York Public Library for our final event celebrating early literacy, sponsored by Mom Congress and Target. You’ll hear from leading educators about how you can foster a love of reading, both at school and at home. The event is free and you'll take home a goody bag chock-full of books and fun reading activities -- plus you'll be entered to win one of three $1,000 grants for the school of your choice! You'll also hear speakers from the National PTA, the National Education Association, Target, Parenting and Simon & Schuster children's book authors Matt Van Fleet (Heads) and Brian Floca (Moonshot).

Where: At the New York Public Library Celeste Bartos Forum in the Stephen A. Schwarzman Building, 5th Avenue and 42nd Street (entrance is between 5th and 6th Ave.)
