Bravo Sports announced late last week that it was recalling 160,000 trampolines due to a fall hazard. Incorrectly assembled trampolines can allow the top rails and legs to bend or break during normal use, resulting in partial collapse of the trampoline and posing a fall hazard.
The company has received almost 250 reports of the top rail bending or breaking during normal use, and four injuries have been reported. Consumers should stop using the trampolines immediately and contact Bravo Sports for instructions on how to inspect the trampoline for top rail damage and to request revised assembly instructions. The company will replace for free top rails and legs damaged due to assembly errors.
