That at 8:09 p.m. on a SUNDAY under threat of rain, I put on my sneakers and hit the track to get in my run. This is a first. Seriously. I hate having anything to do on Sunday nights. And then when I came home to smell of delicious homemade banana bread baking in the oven, I decided to have only one small piece (w/a dab of butter) instead of the four I could have easily eaten. I do feel a little deprived. Which I don't like. But I also don't like that I lost only a measly 1/4 pound this week. Maybe it was the doughnut and pie I had last weekend!!
