* 3 bananas
* 1 Tbs melted butter
* 12 graham cracker squares
* 6 squares milk chocolate
1. Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat to medium. Leaving the peel on, slice the bananas in half lengthwise.
2. Transfer the bananas, cut side down, to the grill. Cook for 3 minutes. Turn them over and lightly brush the cut surface of each banana half with the melted butter. Grill for 3 more minutes. Remove them from the grill when they are soft and lightly colored.
3. Cool slightly. Remove bananas from peel and cut into large chunks. Arrange half the graham cracker squares on a large plate. Top each one with a square of milk chocolate. Place some of the grilled banana chunks over each chocolate square. Top with remaining graham cracker squares and serve immediately.
