A quick and easy weeknight dinner idea using chicken, salad dressing and bread crumbs
Total time: 30 minutes
1 1/2 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast
4 Tbsp Catalina dressing, or more as needed
1 cup plain bread crumbs
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Dip the chicken breast in Catalina dressing, coating on both sides.
- Dredge in the bread crumbs.
- Bake until crispy, about 20 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite steamed vegetable, like broccoli, or mashed potatoes.
