Crunchy Chicken

A quick and easy weeknight dinner idea using chicken, salad dressing and bread crumbs

Serves: 4

Total time: 30 minutes

1 1/2 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast
4 Tbsp Catalina dressing, or more as needed
1 cup plain bread crumbs


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Dip the chicken breast in Catalina dressing, coating on both sides.
  3. Dredge in the bread crumbs.
  4. Bake until crispy, about 20 minutes.
  5. Serve with your favorite steamed vegetable, like broccoli, or mashed potatoes.
