A DIY recipe for layered vegetable salad that can be served in cups. Even kids can make their own!
Ingredients:
- Watercress or other greens
- Slaw mix
- Shredded carrots
- Cherry tomatoes
- Quinoa, cooked
- Strawberries
- Dressing of choice
What to Do:
- Arrange layers of salad ingredients in small layers, using clear glass containers.
- Top with strawberry and serve with an assortment of dressings.
