Ellie’s Peach Pie Smoothie

Pie for breakfast? Sure, especially when it’s in the form of this luscious smoothie, with all the homey flavors of peach pie. – Ellie Krieger

Makes 2 Servings

 

1 cup nonfat milk
1 cup nonfat or low-fat vanilla yogurt
2 cups frozen sliced peaches (unsweetened)
1 tablespoon honey, plus more to taste
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of ground nutmegPinch of ground ginger1 cup ice

Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Voila!
