6 cups fruit juice of your choice (we recommend 100 percent juice, such as peach, cherry, or raspberry) or lemonade
2 seedless oranges, peeled with a small sharp knife, cut into segments, and coarsely chopped
16 strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup whole small blueberies
2 kiwifruits, peeled and quartered lengthwise
Mix the juice and fruit, place foil over
1. Stir together the juice and the fruit in a large bowl. Ladle the mixture into 12 Popsicle-type molds or small paper cups (using abour 3/4 cup for each one, depending on the size of your molds).
2. place the tops on the 4 molds, or cover paper cups with foil and place a craft stick through the foil and into each of the cups (the foil helps keep the handles straight); freeze for about 3 hours, or until frozen solid. (Pops can be made up to one week in advance; if you use paper cups, store them in self-sealing plastic bags.)
To serve: Remove the molds or tear the paper cups off the poops; set out in a large bowl, stick side up.
