For a special touch and a splash of color, float a variety of fresh fruits in the punch, such as sliced oranges, blueberries, and strawberries

Serves: 9 cups
7 cups water
3 bags all-natural mint tea
1/4 cup honey, or to taste
3 1/2 cups orange juice
1 orange, peeled, seeded, and cut into very small cubes
1 cup fresh berries, optional
Assemble the punch, stir after the tea has cooled, and float fruit in punch.
1. Pour water into a large pot and bring to boil over high heat. Remove from heat, add tea bags, and stir in honey. Let steep for 3 to 5 minutes, then remove the tea bags. Set aside or place in refrigerator to cool.
2. When the tea reaches room temperature, pour it into a large pitcher. Add the orange juice, orange cubes, and berries; stir well. Taste for sweetness, adding additional orange juice or honey if needed. Chill until cold, about 3 hours. This can be made a day in advance
