Horseradish-Sour Cream Sauce

Serves: 1 cup

1 cup low-fat or regular sour cream
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 to 3 tablespoons horseradish

Measure the ingredients and mix the sauce.

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, adding only 1 tablespoon of horseradish to start. Taste for seasoning; add more horseradish if desired.
