Who doesn't love a good one-pot meal? Not only are they usually super hearty and filling (and balanced to boot!), but they're also a cinch to clean up since, by definition, they're made in just one pot. We love this chicken, veggies and rice dish from celeb chef Tyler Florence. It's full of simple, inexpensive ingredients that please crowds and picky eaters, and is an easy meal for babies starting solids. Just leave out the salt and throw a bit in the blender for baby. The rest of the family can add a little salt as needed.
