Toddlers will love this advanced triple-the-cheese grilled cheese sandwich. From Anni Daulter's Organically Raised: Conscious Cooking for Babies and Toddlers
Makes 2 servings
- 2 French rolls or 4 slices sourdough or any other bread of your choice
- 2 slices Muenster cheese
- 1 slice yogurt cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon feta cheese
Instructions:
- Heat the panini press.
- Slice open the bread and spread the mustard on it. Place the Muenster and yogurt cheese on the sandwiches. Crumble the feta cheese on top.
- Put the sandwich on the panini press and cook until the cheese melts and the bread is toasted and crispy
- Cut each sandwich into pieces and serve warm with a side of fruit
