Oh Peter, why do you have to be so curious about Mr. McGregor's garden? Explore this classic story with your kids this Easter and help them learn a bit about obeying rules and staying out of trouble. Plenty of options of this tale are available for your child, from board books for toddlers to beautifully illustrated editions for your grade-schooler.

You probably remember the song about Peter "hoppin' down the bunny trail," and now the tale that was originally a song and a television special is a book. It is not only seasonally appropriate, but it helps preschoolers with reading readiness because it works well in the Reader books format.
